Products and Services
Aka25 Agency provides professional design services, including but not limited to branding, graphic design, UI/UX design, and other creative services. By placing an order or confirming a project, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the services as specified in your invoice or proposal.
Due to the customized and digital nature of design services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.
The request must be made before substantial work has begun on the project.
If work has already started, the refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.
Approved refunds will be limited to 47% of the total amount paid, reflecting administrative costs, time allocation, and initial project setup.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The project has been completed or delivered
The client has approved designs or milestones
Delays or dissatisfaction caused by lack of client feedback or communication
Change of mind after work has significantly progressed
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, we will review the project status and determine eligibility. If approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed after evaluation.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.
Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drafts, concepts, and materials created by Aka25 Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. In the event of a refund, all rights to the delivered or partially delivered work remain with Aka25 Agency.
Limitation of Liability
Aka25 Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This Refunds Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes related to this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
